Frederic M. Goldman, MD, FACP is a native of Massachusetts having grown up in Brookline. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. He received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Boston University School of Medicine (Boston, MA), where he graduated Cum Laude and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his medical internship and residency at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Dr. Goldman serves on the medical staff of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Needham, and the Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He also served as an instructor and clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School for nearly ten years.
Dr. Goldman is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and a member of the American Medical Association and the Massachusetts Medical Society. He has been selected to the Best Doctors in America® list. His professional interests include preventive care and blending evidence-based medicine with personal preferences for health, hypertension, and diabetes.
Dr. Goldman lives in Wayland with his wife, daughter, son, and their family dog. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, playing basketball, playing tennis, and traveling to Maine in the summer with his family.
